6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or for any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
XENOLT is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nice, France.
